- Showcase an innovative approach by consistently questioning and improving financial standards while leading and inspiring a dedicated finance team.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience as a finance leader within the public, non-profit or training sectors. This is ideal for an ambitious Finance Manager/Controller ready for their first FD position.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving financial innovation and implementing best practices, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of the organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully engaging and managing diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate regulatory requirements and compliance within the non-profit sector (desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent.
Based in the vibrant Black Country, this permanent role offers a competitive salary ranging from £60,000 - £70,000 with an amazing pension and annual leave package, as well as flexible working.
