I have recently partnered with a hybrid healthcare company that helps medium and large businesses to increase revenue and profitability by reducing employee absenteeism and presenteeism. They do this by delivering transformative care, recovery, and rehabilitation programs for the most prevalent and costly chronic and persistent conditions in the modern workplace. They are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a crucial role in driving their sales pipeline and contributing to the company's growth.

Your new role
As an SDR, your primary focus will be supporting and working closely with the head of client and partner acquisition to generate and qualify for new sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include targeted lead generation, effective outreach through various communication channels, collaboration with the sales team for strategic execution, market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, meticulous CRM management, and active networking to build lasting relationships. Your efforts will contribute directly to the growth and success of our solutions in the market.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within a B2B sales role. Ideally, selling into the HR space, and knowledge of the employee benefits/experience space is desirable but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members, potential clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Goal-Oriented: A goal-driven and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Research Skills: Strong research skills to identify and understand potential clients within the healthcare sector.
  • Sales Aptitude: Ideally a minimum of 5 years' experience working within a B2B sales role.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for accurate record-keeping and efficient workflow management.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships through networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant platforms.
  • Proactive Attitude: Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative to nurture leads and revive dormant opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, providing valuable insights and support for overall team success.
