Our client, a multi award-winning business who are at fore front of their industry are looking for a successful Accounts and Admin Assistant to join them in a Permanent position. In this role you will be a core member of the team, working in a friendly and growing team of likeminded individuals.

This will a busy, varied role but day to day may include:

  • Purchase Ledger processing
  • Accounts Receivable including Credit Control, allocating payments and monthly statements
  • Building client relationships whilst dealing with client enquiries on both purchase and sales ledger
  • Credit Card expense management
  • Finance administration - keeping the finance system up to date and accurate at all time
  • General administration across the team and wider teams

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong multi-tasking experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems

This is an exciting role where you will be supporting with the Finance processes as well as across a variety of teams assisting with administration processes. No day will be the same, you will a vital member of the business and working in a fast paced and busy role!
