A leading UK brand within Digital Print and Design are looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support the ongoing success of the organisation in selling all things print!
Working within a vibrant close-knit team environment, the position of Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities through offering a wide range of large and small format print, design and scanning services to a varied client base.
This 'hands-on' role will work alongside the production team and will report directly to the Commercial Director at the company's London City office.
Responsibilities will include:
- Targeting and winning accounts for new business in digital print sales and associated services.
- Developing active account revenue through the introduction of new service offerings
- Drive high client satisfaction, ensuring consistent standards of service delivery
- Strong time management and territory planning
- Understand the company's full service offerings through developing strong internal working relationships.
- Working with compliance to maintain all records and reporting on the CRM system (HubSpot)
The skills, experience and attributes required for the position include:
- Previous Industry experience selling large and small format digital printing is required for this position, with a track record of success in a sales capacity.
- A good understanding of print, production processes and materials.
- Proactive and ambitious to build and nurture a new and existing client base through identifying new business opportunities.
- Customer focused and skilled at relationship management with the ability to manage client expectations and competent in negotiating at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines.
- A methodical working style & high attention to detail.
- Comfortable working towards, and delivering results against targets.
In addition to the base salary, a competitive OTE is achievable on exceeding targets.
