Description
- Manage all stages of the contract life cycle, from initiation to renewal and termination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure contract compliance
- Identify risks and opportunities within contracts to drive cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop contract negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with suppliers
- Ensure contracts meet legal, financial and operational requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Develop and implement contract management procedures and policies
- Provide regular reports on contract status and performance
Profile
A successful Contracts Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Law, or a related field
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
