HRIS Analyst - 4 Month FTC

THE GIG

As an HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with the Global HRIS Lead to support and maintain our global Human Resource Information System (Ceridian Dayforce). Your role will involve maintaining data accuracy and system configuration, developing process and guidance documentation, and acting as the primary contact for HR system inquiries and issues. You will provide timely and high-quality support to the HR team and the wider business, ensuring the smooth operation of our HRIS.

You'll be accountable for:

  • Troubleshoot, analyse, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies as assigned.
  • Act as the key technical superuser and contact for the HRIS system for all Dr. Martens users globally.
  • Support the Global HRIS Lead in developing and maintaining HR reports which will provide management with information on compliance, operational effectiveness and people management e.g. headcount, turnover, performance, absence and more.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the necessary documentation and processes.
  • Liaise with employees and line managers as required and in a timely manner, dealing with day-to-day enquiries and problem solve where possible.
  • Work in partnership with Global HRIS Lead and IT to maximise the functionality within the HRIS to create efficiencies, resolve issues and drive automation.

  • Available to start in July/August
  • Experience in HR data management or analytics is desirable but not essential
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Innovative and able to propose solutions to problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to share "best practice" from a similar environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to flex approach to audience
