Graduate Surveyor - Warrington, Lancashire.
Up to £25000 + Training + Benefits
Surveying and Project Management Consultancy focussing on the telecommunication sector are looking to add to their graduate scheme and currently require a Graduate Surveyor who is starting out in their career and looking for full training and support through their APC (RICS) and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across the UK.
This role is an immediate start and will be office based in Warrington.
This role is not in Quantity or Building Surveying so please don't apply if this is your area of specialism.
Key skills required:
- Hold a degree or masters in a RICS recognised qualification such as Estate or Property Management
- Experience in the property sector beneficial or a customer focused role (face to face or telephone)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience working to deadlines.
- Full driving license
- Desire to commence their APC and become Chartered (RICS)
Duties include
- Speaking to landowners and property developers identifying sites for valuation and acquisition.
- Negotiating on cost and contract specifics.
- Assisting with project schedules ensuring deadlines are met.
- Working in close proximity to the project management and design team.
