  • Salary: £28-32,000 basic salary – car allowance after probation

  • Hybrid working - option to work from home. Travel to site will be 2-3 days a week

We are seeking a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, with a focus on the Hotel/Leisure sectors for the business.

This role offers the opportunity to progress your career to the next level, working on major schemes and complex multi-phased regeneration developments.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Visiting sites across the UK to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Scheduling and conducting client meetings to provide project updates and discuss future plans.
  • Managing tender contracts and engaging in Contract Administration duties.
  • Delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative, with a willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • RICS accredited degree in a relevant field.
  • Membership or working towards membership of a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
  • Some experience in delivering projects within the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
  • Ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
  • Confident in a client-facing role and adept at working with established internal teams.
  • Must have own transport and be willing to travel nationwide.
  • Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
