- Salary: £28-32,000 basic salary – car allowance after probation

We are seeking a Graduate Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and work on a range of commercial projects across the UK, with a focus on the Hotel/Leisure sectors for the business.
This role offers the opportunity to progress your career to the next level, working on major schemes and complex multi-phased regeneration developments.
Day to Day of the role:
- Visiting sites across the UK to monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Scheduling and conducting client meetings to provide project updates and discuss future plans.
- Managing tender contracts and engaging in Contract Administration duties.
- Delivering commercial Project Management services from inception to completion.
- Working independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
- Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative, with a willingness to travel nationwide as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- RICS accredited degree in a relevant field.
- Membership or working towards membership of a Construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB).
- Some experience in delivering projects within the Logistics and Hotel/Leisure sectors.
- Ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
- Confident in a client-facing role and adept at working with established internal teams.
- Must have own transport and be willing to travel nationwide.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
