An exciting new role has arisen for an Employee Benefits professional to join a Financial Services firm to assist with their EB Offering to a portfolio of clients. The role will be to assist with Group Protection and Healthcare renewals, rebroking and claims to clear communications and preparing advice.
Main duties will include:
- Liaising with clients and benefit providers by telephone, e-mail and at meetings;
- Meeting deadlines and requirements on a portfolio of corporate clients;
- Drafting standard and bespoke advice and communications;
- Supporting consultants with meetings, including gathering / analysing data, preparing reports, and joining meetings taking minutes;
- Supporting the implementation of new clients;
- Group protection, healthcare and pension provider research
The right candidate must have previous experience of working within a Employee Benefits and ideally good knowledge across Health, Risk and/ or Pensions. You will also have excellent organisation and communications skills.
