Let's Talk About the Role:

As a Payroll Administrator, you will work closely with an experienced payroll team, providing top-notch advice and support to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own portfolio of clients and completing start-to-finish payrolls.
  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls.
  • Collating and actioning calculations for additions and deductions to gross pay.
  • Inputting, checking, and processing new starters and leavers.
  • Producing payslips and managing statutory payments.
  • Generating internal payroll invoices.
  • Uploading and processing pension auto-enrolment to multiple providers.
  • Handling applications for new PAYE schemes.

We are looking for candidates who are:

  • Eager for a new challenge with experience in an accountancy practice or bureau.
  • Familiar with Sage 50Cloud (desirable but not essential).
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
