Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Specialist Provision for SEMH Students

What You'll Do:
- Empower Students: Work one-on-one and in small group supporting pupils to manage their emotions, behaviours, and learning challenges.
- Create a Safe Space: Foster a positive, structured environment that supports emotional and academic growth.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Drive Change: Help students develop essential life skills, resilience, and a love for learning.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion and Empathy: A genuine desire to support and guide students with SEMH needs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with students and staff effectively.
- Experience in Education or Support Roles: Previous experience in similar settings is a plus, but we value dedication and enthusiasm above all.
- Flexibility and Patience: Adaptability in handling diverse challenges and a patient approach to student needs.
