They are seeking a Sales Support & Administration Specialist to work within the internal sales department.
You will be -
- Creation and tracking of opportunities, quotations, and orders.
- Confirming Orders with Customers
- Administration duties
- Customer feedback, and resolution of problems.
- Handling any customer complaints
What we are looking for -
- A sales or sales support background in an engineering/manufacturing/parts-type company would be a massive advantage.
- Good commercial knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good self-management and -motivation
- Telephone skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook)
- Desirable - Good SAP / SD skills & Basic CRM Skills Input
Salary range between 27k to 30k
Location is Northwich, Cheshire
