Position Overview:
As a Software Support Engineer, you will be the first line of support for our clients, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues with our software products. You will work closely with our development team to diagnose and fix problems, ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience with our software. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical product support to customers via email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Create and maintain support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to improving our support processes and tools.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in a technical support or software support role, ideally three years or more in a similar role
- Fundamental understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and providing effective solutions.
- Experience with SQL, IIS, HTML, Windows OS, JavaScript, and CSS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with JQuery and C# is highly advantageous
