Our client, a premier Build to Rent property in Salford Quays, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaner to join their exceptional team.
We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their cleaning skills and is available to start immediately. The responsibilities for this role include:
- Vacuuming entrance carpets
- Dusting and wiping down common areas
- Preparing rooms for tenant move-ins
- Ensuring cleanliness of rooms after maintenance and repairs
