Our Swindon-based client is seeking a Governance Coordinator to join the governance team on a permanent basis. Providing support for an established board of Trustees that govern a large charitable institute, you will play an integral role, organising meetings, taking minutes, and creating action points in addition to a range of other important tasks.
Offering a salary of up to £31,000, this full time, hybrid role comes with extensive company benefits.
In the role of Governance Co-ordinator, will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and coordinating monthly team meetings
- Attending all meetings, preparing and producing Board/Committee papers, reports, agendas, minutes, and actions
- Managing internal and external communications
- Producing/drafting reports and documentation in support of meetings and processes
- Dealing with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Proven experience in an administrative or governance support role
- Experience organising and setting agendas for meetings
- Experience with minuting meetings
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages
- Experience working with boards/committees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
