We're looking for an Associate Talent Resourcing Partner to join our friendly, passionate Talent team on a fixed term basis for six months, to cover a secondment.
You're someone who'll be able to:
- Support the Head of Resourcing and Talent Resourcing Partners in leading recruitment administration including enquiries, advertising, interviews, talent pools, and selection processes.
- Responsible for managing the entire interview process, including organising interviews, creating interview packs, and overseeing all related administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively to use a wide range of methods and techniques to source, engage, and attract candidates.

You're someone who has:
- Experience working in a HR and/or Recruitment administration role.
- Experience navigating an ATS (applicant tracking system) and other recruiting tools.
- Highly organised, efficient and accurate.
- Ability to multitask and achieve results and deadlines.
