Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: Fixed Term for 6 months

Start date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid - remote working for two days per week and office based three days per week at 163 Eversholt St, London NW1 1BU (from January 2025, our office will relocate to 1 Edcity Walk, London W12 7TF)

We're looking for an Associate Talent Resourcing Partner to join our friendly, passionate Talent team on a fixed term basis for six months, to cover a secondment.

You're someone who'll be able to:

  • Support the Head of Resourcing and Talent Resourcing Partners in leading recruitment administration including enquiries, advertising, interviews, talent pools, and selection processes.
  • Responsible for managing the entire interview process, including organising interviews, creating interview packs, and overseeing all related administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively to use a wide range of methods and techniques to source, engage, and attract candidates.

You're someone who has:

  • Experience working in a HR and/or Recruitment administration role.
  • Experience navigating an ATS (applicant tracking system) and other recruiting tools.
  • Highly organised, efficient and accurate.
  • Ability to multitask and achieve results and deadlines.
