A manufacturing company based in West London are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team.
The client is looking for someone who is a self-starter and who has sales experience. If you have has electrical construction industry experience this ideal for this role.
Sales Manager Job Specification:
- Developing relationships with M&E Contractors and Consultants to increase sales.
- Developing strategies to promote the company's systems and solutions.
- Progressing leads from various sources and maintaining records of activity.
- Driving activity over the full commercial cycle, from uncovering opportunities to securing orders.
- Operating as a collaborative member of the sales team and supporting team initiatives
Sales Manager Requirements
- Proven successful specification sales experience.
- Self-starter motivation with energy, enthusiasm, and drive.
- Tenacity, quick learning ability and a team-player mindset.
- Inquisitiveness, always willing to ask questions and learn.
- Confidence and the ability to influence others.
- Electrical/construction industry experience (preferable)
- Target-driven focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to deliver quality solutions.
