Location: Lymington, community based role
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3 month minimum potential for extension
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
Hours: Full time (37.5hrs/week) or part time
Band: 6
Specific Skills:
- Community Therapy experience.
- Have full access to a vehicle for work and possession of a full driving license is essential.
- Experience in carrying out clinical audit and risk assessment, outcome measurement.
