Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor project related budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
- Negotiate contracts; With suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure terms favour the needs of the projects.
- Risk management.
- Identify financial risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Provide detailed analysis of the cost and benefits of the projects.
- Maintain procurement and payment processes.
- Communicate with clients, and provide dispute resolution.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Great networking ability.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., cost estimation tools, project management software).
- Knowledge of construction contracts and regulations
