In preparation for the 2024/25 academic year, we are seeking proactive and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support our educators and contribute to the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging classroom activities;
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs;
- Helping maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning atmosphere;
- Collaborating with teachers to create and implement effective lesson plans;
- Offering guidance and support during educational outings and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background or qualification;
- Previous experience working in an educational or childcare setting is advantageous;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students of varying ages;
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles;
- Enthusiasm for contributing to students' growth and development.
