Are you an enthusiastic Sales Assistant looking for temporary roles? I am always recruiting candidates who have had experience in sales and are happy to work Temporary/Adhoc/Fixed Term Contracts.
Duties of the roles:
- Greet and assist customers, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Continuously restock shelves and ensure that the sales floor is clean and well-presented.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales assistant role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A proactive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different team dynamics.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft software.
