CUSTOMER ANALYST £450-£500 PER DAY (INSIDE IR35) 6 MONTH CONTRACT RETAIL HYBRID
Harnham is partnering with a leading retailer who is looking for a Customer Analyst to join them on a 6-month assignment to support them in growing their analytics capabilities!
THE COMPANY
This leading retailer based in the home counties is a household name within the UK with two major brands under its umbrella. They provide millions of customers with products every year and are a go-to name within their space!
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Customer Analyst you will be joining to help scale their customer and marketing analytics capabilities, day-to-day this will involve:
- Delivering insights around who the brand's customers are from a growth and churn perspective
- Creating a forecast and measurements for campaign performance across their marketing channels, running incrementality and ROI testing
- Providing deep-dive analysis on their customer and marketing
- Supporting senior leadership in making data-driven decisions for their customers.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Customer Analyst will have the following:
- Strong SQL skills and experience using it in a "modern data environment" such as Snowflake or similar
- Ability to build reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Strong customer and marketing background, particularly from a retailer or fast-paced B2C brand
- Python coding would be a bonus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
