Role: Senior Office Administrator
Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
Location: Office-based in Birmingham
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 dependant on experience
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact, handling correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the Directors of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Bringing monthly Board reports together and creating a Board pack
- Implementing and maintaining administrative systems and procedures
- Liaising with suppliers and clients
- Assisting with calls and taking messages
