We are partnering with the Marine Stewardship Council to find their next PR and Corporate Communications Manager to lead on multi-channel communication campaigns and to act as a trusted expert across the organisation.

The Senior PR & Corporate Communications Manager has a key organisational responsibility to develop and execute media and PR tactics for key themes, identifying and prioritising audiences, key messages, opportunities, media channels and activities in line with the overarching Marketing and Communications Group strategy.

You will need to build and manage relationships with key global media and journalists and produce press coverage reports for specific campaigns and monthly KPIs.

You'll be collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to get our key messages to broad audiences as well as working with a range of external partners. And you'll also offer guidance and support to MSC on issues of reputation management.

Profile

  • Strong press and public relations experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Expertise in PR and communications, with a demonstrable track record of securing coverage in media outlets, evidenced by clippings / links
  • Experience of managing multi-stakeholder corporate communications projects including Annual Reports, policy panels etc
  • Evidence of an ability to successfully manage & build relationships with stakeholders, collaborators, and colleagues.
