My client, a London Housing provider, is looking for an Interim Head of Financial Planning to join them on a 4-6 month contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of multiple subsidiaries, leading the update of the 30-year plan, and driving the upcoming budgeting cycle. You will also play a key role in supporting the organisation's upcoming treasury activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of management accountants overseeing the financial management of several disparate subsidiaries.
- Leading on the update of the 30-year financial plan, ensuring accuracy and forward-thinking financial management.
- Overseeing the budgeting cycle, providing clear direction and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Supporting treasury activities, including planning for upcoming financial transactions and requirements.

To be considered, please meet the following criteria:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience in financial planning, treasury, and budgeting in the Housing sector – with a working knowledge of Brixx
- Proven ability to lead management accounting teams and deliver on financial planning and reporting.
- Strong track record in managing budgeting cycles and treasury functions.
