Day to day, you'll be successful in this role by:
As a Facilities Services Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role within facilities management and front-of-house duties. Working closely with a team of 17, you'll report directly to the Facilities Services Team Leader.
- Reprographic and general administration tasks
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- MFD/printer management
- Post room duties and courier arrangements
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors
- Efficiently handling telephone calls
- Hospitality arrangement for meetings and event support
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- . Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety are essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must, along with a passion for delivering quality service.
- Proficient in IT
Salary: £12.28 per hour
