Job Title:Account Operations ManagerDepartment:Business, Employment and SkillsCampus:South DownsSalary:Grade 5 Spine Point 23 - £37,898.88Contract Type:Permanent / Full time About the RoleWe are looking for an Account Operations Manager to lead on the delivery outstanding employer account management for all aspects of employer relationships for the College to deliver an outstanding curriculum. You will be required to lead the Account Managers team to meet income and learner find targets for apprentices and Adult provision as well as ensuring all insurance and health & safety checks on work-based settings are correct and up to date. Maintaining strong recording of employer relationships.Responsibilities You will be responsible for:

  • To develop and deliver an outstanding employer account management service and lead the Account Managers in its delivery
  • To lead on external activities for growth in new employer recruitment to ensure the College meets all its work-based income and student opportunity targets
  • To be the single point of contact with designated employers and curriculum areas to actively create work-based opportunities for apprenticeships and adult learners
  • To lead on the development and delivery of an end-to-end service for apprenticeship opportunities from creating opportunities to recruitment of apprentices
  • Complete employer TNAs and all learner related documentation including government site registration, initial assessments and enrolments and ensure timely completion and accuracy
  • To lead the Account Manager team to meet learner find targets for the Adult provision through employer engagement activities

Requirements You will need:

  • Qualified at Level 2 for English and Maths
  • Qualified to level 3 and/or relevant professional qualification
  • Leadership and management qualification
  • Experience of leading a team and meeting targets
  • Good knowledge of the complex FE/training environment, as well as future developments and priorities.
  • Proven experience of development of work-based learning activities within the FE sector
