Project Manager Prop-Tech

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of our parcel rooms/systems. The primary responsibility of this position is to liaise between clients, sales teams, contractors, installers, and operations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for client contractors, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Coordination: Coordinate with sales teams to understand project requirements and relay necessary information to contractors, installers, and the operations team.
  3. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  4. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while maintaining quality standards.
  5. Timeline Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Address any delays or issues promptly.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure all parcel room installations meet the company's quality standards and client expectations.
  7. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any necessary actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field or proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in construction, installation, or a related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  6. Proficiency in project management software
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. PMP or similar project management certification.
  2. Experience in liaising between multiple stakeholders in a project environment.
