What you'll be doing:
Deliver top-quality facilities management across all properties, ensuring efficient resource use, customer satisfaction, and value for money.
What we're looking for:
As the Senior Facilities Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality, continuous facilities management, including Ensure high-standard services and manage third-party suppliers and contractors.
- Lead facilities projects, manage budgets and utility contracts.
- Oversee out-of-hours cover and develop the facilities team, setting performance objectives and addressing issues.
- Maintain best practice policies, ensure health and safety compliance, support risk management, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Manage procurement.
Hours & Benefits: Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
