Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in estate management, ideally within a council or public sector context.
- Profound knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law, ensuring compliance and innovative solutions in estate dealings.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and council members.
- Ability to manage and resolve property-related issues promptly and efficiently, optimising asset value.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases, licences, and other property agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in estate management, property management, or a related field.
- Membership with a professional body such as the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
- Proven track record of continuous professional development in estate management and related sectors.
