We're seeking a dynamic and hands-on Interim Financial Controller to join an innovative creative event studio to lead the financial operations across the UK, KSA, and USA.
Experts in crafting impactful and inclusive global events, from employee engagement to fan zones and brand activations, the business creates experiences that resonate with Generation Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials.
As a key part of the leadership team, the Financial Controller will drive financial strategy, oversee reporting, budgeting, and risk management, and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Manage financial risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and auditors
About You:
- Qualified accountant with extensive hands-on and strategic experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Proven track record in entrepreneurial scale-ups
- Skilled in financial systems (Xero a plus)
- Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
