Our client is looking for a diligent and intuitive Administrator with demonstrable experience and a natural ability to multi-task! This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate regional team, being the go-to person for busy and fast-paced Oxford Office.

Administrator Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Studio Manager your role will involve but is not limited to:

  • Assisting with office and facilities management.
  • Completing Project Administration and Coordination with Project Leads on specific projects within a timely manner.
  • Supporting with financial and resource management alongside the Office Manager for each live project.
  • Booking travel, meeting rooms as well as owning the meeting coordination process.
  • Answering calls on reception and meeting and greeting guests.
  • Planning and coordinating local employee staff events.
  • Onboarding new starters by carrying out inductions.

The current post holder is due to go on Maternity leave in August. they would like the successful applicant to start fairly soon to ensure a smooth handover.

Administrator Experience

Our client is looking for:

  • A highly organised, proactive and has a collaborative and flexible work ethic
  • An experienced Administrator or Project Coordinator
  • Someone who has knowledge with office and facilities assistance or management.
  • Someone with demonstrated front office duties.
  • Someone with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel due to the nature of financial administrative tasks.
  • Experience with small scale events or the willingness to coordinate these events.
  • A skilled problem solver who is able to pre-empt the needs of others and keep the coordination of office and administrative tasks ticking along.

Location

OX1

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week from 9am - 5:30pm each day with core working hours of 10am - 4pm to suitable flexible and agile working. This fixed term contract will last approximately 13 months to allow sufficient time for a handover and a hand back once the current postholder returns from maternity leave.

Due to the nature of this role you will be expected to be on site for 4 out of 5 working days and can work from home one day per week.

Unfortunately parking cannot be provided due to the central location of the office, however there are excellent transport links nearby.
