A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity near Coventry with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.
The successful Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full and varied caseload which includes sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new builds from start to finish.
Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Property Solicitors looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Conveyancing.
