Description
- Process credit card statements
- Reconcile balance sheets
- Raise sales ledger invoices
- Process purchase ledger invoices
- Perform general bookkeeping duties
- Resolve queries
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with policies
- Contribute to department goals and objectives
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Good communication
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills
