Are you a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance professional looking to advance your career in the financial services industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Associate to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers hybrid working arrangements, giving you the flexibility to balance office and home working.

The role will be joining an award winning and fully independent Financial Planning & Investment Management organisation. The business has an outstanding reputation and have grown considerably over the past 5+ years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement QA Processes: Design and establish comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Regularly audit internal processes and client interactions to ensure high standards are met and maintained.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while staying updated on regulatory changes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and quality assessments. Prepare detailed reports on QA findings and improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff on QA processes and develop educational materials to support continuous quality improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to integrate QA insights into strategic planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in wealth management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
