I am looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out various customer care tasks in private domestic properties in the East Midlands.
This is an on-going contract position with no end date in mind. This position will be working in new build properties carrying out all aspects of customer care and snagging work.
The Multi Trade Operative role is:
- East Midlands based - Covering Cambridge, Northampton and Ipswich
- New Build Properties
- £160 per day
- Immediate start
The successful Multi Trade Operative will be expected to:
- Carry out carpentry repairs
- Carry out basic plumbing repairs
- Carry out decorating and patch plastering
- Carry out general snagging work

We are interested in speaking to Multi Trade Operatives who hold:
- NVQ or City + Guilds
- Relevant multi trade experience
- Good all round trades knowledge
