Room Leader
Here at Nurse Seekers we are proud to be working for a fantastic setting near Currie. They are looking for a Room Leader for their 0-2 Room or their 2-5 Room. With an extremely competitive rate of pay and working within a friendly team with a management structure that allows room for progression – this is truly a fantastic opportunity for an already established Room Leader or an experienced Nursery Practitioner looking to take the next step!
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Manager to identify staff training and knowledge gaps and support staff to complete training in identified individual staff training and development plans.
- Supporting the manager and wider team to create meaningful annual service improvement plans to further develop the nursery overall.
- Creating individual child learning plans.
- Supervision, training and support of team members.
- Providing quality interactions and experiences for all children.
- Building and developing positive working relationships with families and staff members.
- Excellent communication skills whilst working as part of a small team.
