The Enterprise Advisor will help create social change through entrepreneurship.
This role will be integral to shaping programmes in the enterprise team supporting the Team Leader – Enterprise with the development and delivery of the entrepreneurship programmes.
It's a very varied role covering all aspects of programme management from identifying potential participants, developing workshops to provide training and support to our participants to build a business plan together from scratch through to the evaluation of the programme.
The Centre's holistic approach means that we seek to support peoples' multiple needs. Within all our services, we aim to gain an understanding of our clients' needs and support them to access a range of services and activities both at the Centre and through local partners.
This role needs to contribute to a positive culture of collaboration, innovation and inclusivity across the organisation.
