We are looking for a dedicated Payroller to join our client's esteemed company based in Bury. You will play a crucial role within our small payroll team, managing a payroll of 220 employees on both a weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for 220 employees on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with all current payroll legislation and best practices.
- Utilise Mitrefinch software for payroll processing.
- Handle payroll queries and provide exceptional service to employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency with Mighterfinch software is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of current payroll legislation and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
