Your Role As A Technical Manager Will Include:
- Has overall technical responsibility within their region/project(s) for the pre-construction phase design processes, liaising with the client, the design team, the in-house bid team
- Responsible for setting up and monitoring the technical strategy / technical deliverables plan for all projects within their region/project(s). Including technical reviews and delivery of the preconstruction phase
- Ensures that design and technical risks on projects are identified, managed and mitigated to conclusion.
- Full Design management
As Technical Manager You Will Have:
- Extensive Design Experience
- Consultant / Working for a contractor background
- Commercial experience
- Ability to commute to Nottingham
