Are you an Account Manager or similar with a background in Import / Export Freight industry or similar looking for a customer relationship role, within a rapidly expanding freight company who have trebled their turnover by investing in their people, offer specific industry training and the opportunity to progress your career?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leader in the logistics field who operate across multiple industries including aerospace, working within land, sea and air freight, offering full service lifecycle from order through to delivery and have massive plans to continue their growth. Only 7 years ago, their turnover was 7 million per year which is now topping out at 20 million.
This varied role will see you working within the Freight team, taking ownership of around 10 to 15 of the businesses valued customers, you will be responsible for every order from placement to delivery, managing schedules, ensuring excellent customer service and encouraging repeat business. You will be full office based working 9AM to 5:30PM within a team of 5.
This role would suit an Account Manager or similar with a background in the Import or Export Freight industry or similar looking for a varied role with a company who will encourage personal development, career progression and the opportunity to learn new skills.
The Role:
- Managing between 10-15 client accounts at a time
- Taking ownership of the full order life cycle
- Liaising with multiple departments, managing schedules
- Working within both Import and Export regulations
- Mon - Fri (9AM - 5:30PM)
