Parts and Stores Administrator

Posted by BRIGHT SIDE RECRUITMENT LTD.

How would you like a varied role, with an early start and a 1pm finish to free up your afternoons?

I am assisting an established and highly rated property maintenance company based in Bexleyheath in their search for a Parts and Stores Administrator. 30 hours per week, from 6.45am to 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Applicants need to be physically fit and possess reasonable IT skills too!

Picture this.....At 6.45am, you'll be on site ready to meet the Engineers and ensure they have the required materials to complete their projects. Back to the warehouse area to check stock levels of parts and materials, noting any that need to be re-ordered.

On to the phones, to speak with suppliers to gain 'best prices' and lead times for parts and materials to meet ongoing requirements. Updating the system, then confirming orders by email. In the meantime, responding to client, supplier, and plant hire enquiries over the phone or through email.....and more.
