We are Recruiting a Senior Administrator on behalf of our client.
The candidate must have experience with the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a children's social care environment
- Experience of working under pressure
- Minute taking
- Be responsive to the needs and feelings being expressed by callers and to manage the distress or difficult and challenging behaviour of callers
- Compose and send referral letters to professionals
- Monitor the teams generic email inbox and ensuring all replies forwards and actions are completed within appropriate time-scales
The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will be able to work as part of a team.
