The Front of House & Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring an excellent front-of-house experience for visitors. You will need to represent the brand to the highest degree whilst having a keen eye for detail in organising the office space. You will work amongst a fun and supportive business support team.

Description
As the Office Coordinator, you will:
- Manage the front desk, ensuring visitors are welcomed warmly and professionally.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Support the team in organising events and travel arrangements when required.
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the office environment.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other departments as needed.
Profile
A successful Front of House & Office Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent client facing / hospitality skills

Job Offer
You will be rewarded with a daily rate of £140-£160 per day.
