Property Block Manager

Our client, a prestigious well-established property management company based in North London are recruiting for a Property Manager with block management experience to join their existing team, 4.5 days a week. The successful Block Property Manager will have a proven track record of managing a large residential property portfolio within London. Duties will include:
- Managing a residential block property portfolio
- Overseeing the day to day maintenance and contracted/cyclical maintenance
- Project manage internal and external works
- Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries
- Managing budgets
- Ensuring that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice
- Circulating information to residents concerning management issues
- Ensuring compliance with section 20 legislation
- Inspecting properties on a regular basis to ensure that the properties are well maintained and comply with Fire & Safety legislation.
- Responding and resolving complaints raised.
- Reviewing property insurance
