What you'll do:

As an Operations Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations and supply chain functions, drawing up budgets, managing economic resources, and ensuring conformity with legal, tax, and internal requisites. You will also be responsible for providing plant management with cost analysis, corrective actions, and preventive action plans. Your ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines will be key in this role.

  • Support the Operations and Supply Chain functions in achieving established objectives and plans.
  • Draw up the Budget according to the structure laid down by the Business Group.
  • Ownership of determining product costing and keeping it under control.
  • Provide plant management with analysis of costs evolution, corrective actions and preventive action plans.
  • Manage economic resources needed to achieve company's objectives and support to improve cash flow.
  • Guarantee conformity with legal, tax and internal requisites of the Group in regard to economic and financial information.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Operations Financial Controller position will bring a wealth of experience from a multinational environment. You will have a strong background with financial ERP systems, particularly SAP. Your advanced computer skills on MS Office will be essential for success in this role. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required for this position, with a Master's degree preferred. Certifications such as CPA, CMA or CIMA would be advantageous.

  • Preferred certification such as CPA, CMA, CIMA.
  • 5+ years experience in a multi-national environment.
  • Experience in the international FMCG industry.
  • Strong background with financial ERP (especially SAP).
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
