**The Role:
As the Software Tester, you'll be the gatekeeper of quality. You'll design, maintain, and execute test plans to ensure our software products are flawless. You'll be hands-on with both ad-hoc testing and structured test plans, playing a crucial role in the release cycle of core products as well as client software releases. .
**What You'll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans
- Engage actively in the product release process
- Own and enhance the QA process
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira
- Collaborate with the development team to retest and verify fixes
- Attend sprint reviews and contribute to product improvement discussions
**What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiasm for software testing and QA
- Passion for creating high-quality software
- Commercial experience in software testing (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a small team and guide others
- ISTQB Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain within three months (support provided)
- Experience with Jira
