A leading hospitality group operating a successful education venue in Essex are seeking a General Manager to join the senior team.
This role provides you with the autonomy to lead a team of 40+
The role focuses on the student experience by leading and guiding the team to operate commercially, customer focused with high presentation and operation standards.
With a client population of up to 1000 on site, you will deliver foodservice across multiple food and drink outlets from traditional dining to café/deli and street food. Hospitality and Events are also commonplace.
What are we searching for?
- You will currently be a General Manager within Hotel or education/contract catering
- You will be a highly commercial individual with a proven track record of driving costs and delivering cost control.
- Experience of managing million pound revenues
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a General Manager, within a high turnover hospitality business.
Customer service has to be at the forefront of everything you do.
