Our client is seeking a hands on, enthusiastic and experienced Property Lettings Executive with potential to become the next Lettings Manger once they have proven themselves.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the lettings industry and be looking to progress their career.

They must have experience of the following:
- Knowledge of processes and legal compliance
- Ability to arrange and conduct viewings
- Tenant referencing
- Handling property maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm
Salary:
- Up to £24,000 basic plus £3,000 car allowance
