Our client, a leader in the supply chain industry located in Bedford, is seeking a
Warehouse Administrator
to join their team on a
temporary-to-permanent
basis. If you have previous experience in warehouse administration andyou are looking for a role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling of haulers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Perform labeling tasks and ensure all documentation is accurate for outbound shipments.
- Maintain and update data in internal systems with precision and care.
- Support the day-to-day administrative functions of warehouse operations.
- Utilize a custom flow system (full training provided).
Ideal Candidate:
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Experience in warehouse administration
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
